RETURNS

If you want to return a product, please email us at info@luiopzondag.nl
The following conditions apply here.
Provided that the conditions are met, we will create a shipping label for you and send it to you by email. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that the return costs are for your own account, these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days to dawn. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, i.e. unopened. If the seal is broken (box torn open or booster packs unpacked), your order is final and cannot be returned. The starting point here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* personalized products
* gift cards
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Books that have clearly been used
* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and where this is not the fault of us
* items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while to see your refund.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted Items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be made for discounted items.

The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long a replacement item takes to reach you depends on where you are.

If you are sending us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
